Pony.ai signs logistics framework agreements

Pony.ai signed new logistics framework agreements on Aug. 25, 2026 to support overseas vehicle shipments and deliveries, setting combined spending caps of up to US$8.2 million in 2028 across the three arrangements.

It set freight-forwarding caps with Sinotrans Supply Chain of US$4.8 million for 2028.
It set international logistics and delivery caps with Maxx Logistics of US$5.9 million for 2028.
Separately, it lifted the 2026 revenue cap under its transportation services deal with Sinotrans to US$58 million from US$39 million, reflecting stronger demand in the first half of 2026.
