Pop Culture Group fields shareholder questions ahead of extraordinary meeting

Pop Culture Group scheduled an extraordinary meeting for Oct. 22, 2026, to seek approval to migrate its domicile from the Cayman Islands to the BVI. Only holders of Class A and Class B ordinary shares on the Oct. 5, 2026, record date can vote. Class A shares carry one vote each and Class B shares carry 100; 1,637,443 Class A and 70,510 Class B shares were outstanding.
2. Approval requirements
The migration proposal requires a two-thirds majority of votes cast, while an adjournment proposal requires a simple majority. Shareholders do not have appraisal rights for the matters to be voted on.
