RingCentral moved its 2026 annual shareholder meeting to Dec. 7 from Nov. 2. Rule 14a-8 proposals remain due by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on Oct. 9; other proposals and director nominations must be received from Sept. 25 through Oct. 25, subject to the company’s bylaws.
