Operating income fell $14.4 million to $43.7 million and net income dropped $14.0 million to $21.1 million, with restaurant-level adjusted EBITDA of $158.4 million and consolidated adjusted EBITDA of $97.3 million, down $9.7 million and $7.4 million respectively.
2. Q4 2025 Results
In the fourth quarter, revenue reached $185.7 million, up 0.6% year-over-year, despite a 3.3% decline in same-restaurant sales. Operating income decreased $3.5 million to $10.3 million, net income fell $6.2 million to $6.3 million, restaurant-level adjusted EBITDA decreased $4.7 million to $40.6 million, and adjusted EBITDA declined $0.5 million to $24.7 million.
