Postal Realty Trust closed a related-party purchase of 72 USPS-leased properties on Sept. 4, 2026, for $27.75 million.
Consideration comprised $25.75 million cash and $2 million in Postal Realty LP operating partnership units.
CEO Andrew Spodek’s affiliated entities received about $11.88 million cash and 85,300 OP Units based on a $23.45 VWAP.
The portfolio is 100% occupied, totals 148,374 net leasable square feet, and carries a weighted average rent of $14.71 per square foot.
The company will keep managing 250 third-party properties not owned, including 177 covered by a separate right-of-first-offer agreement.
