Special meeting and conversion proposal
Power REIT plans a special meeting of Series A preferred shareholders in Old Bethpage, New York, in 2026.
Shareholders will vote on amending the Series A terms to force conversion of each preferred share into 0.5 common shares.
Shareholders will also vote on allowing adjournments to seek additional support for the conversion proposal.
