PowerBank announces annual general and special shareholder meeting
SUUN•PowerBank plans to hold its annual general and special shareholder meeting in Toronto on Oct. 29, 2026. Shareholders will vote on board size and elections, auditor appointment, and a proposed share consolidation in a range of 1-for-10 to 1-for-30.
1. Meeting proposals
Shareholders will vote on setting the board at five directors and electing directors for the coming year, as well as appointing Deloitte LLP as auditor, with its remuneration set by the board. A separate proposal seeks authorization for a share consolidation between 1-for-10 and 1-for-30, with the ratio to be chosen later; the company frames it as supporting its capital markets strategy, including efforts to maintain its Nasdaq listing.
