PowerBank FY2026 revenue falls to C$27.41 million on lower EPC services and development fees

PowerBank’s fiscal 2026 revenue fell 34% to C$27.41 million, while the company posted a net loss of C$24.3 million. Management attributed lower revenue to weaker EPC services and development fees; IPP production revenue increased to C$9.81 million. Operating expenses declined to C$32.15 million from C$49.59 million, led by lower impairment losses.
2. Debt increased
Long-term debt rose to C$65.39 million from C$62.96 million. Management cited project financing and a USD 2.7 million draw on a revolving credit facility.
