PowerBank signed a non-binding LOI with Nodiac.ai to evaluate co-location of modular 1–15 MW data center units at its North American solar and BESS sites. The collaboration will screen over 1 GW of pipeline assets against Nodiac’s NORA suitability criteria, aiming to tap a modular data center market forecast to expand from $29 billion to $80 billion by 2030.

2. Intellistake Delivers AI IR Assistant

Under a C$278,000 contract, Intellistake Technologies delivered an AI-powered investor relations assistant on PowerBank’s website within 6–8 weeks, enabling conversational access to filings and disclosures. Following completion, Intellistake will develop IntelliScope, a multi-agent business intelligence framework to support PowerBank’s internal operations.
