- Powerfleet named Paul Lalljie president, chief financial officer effective Aug. 11, replacing David Wilson, whose CFO employment ends Aug. 10.
- Lalljie previously worked at 2U from 2019 to 2024, serving as CFO before becoming CEO.
- Earlier, he spent about 18 years at Neustar, including nearly a decade as executive vice president, CFO.
- Wilson will provide consulting services for an initial 90-day term, with one-month renewals.
