1. Goldman Sachs Raises Hyperscaler Capex Forecast
Goldman Sachs increased its combined capex projection for the four leading cloud and AI hyperscalers to $5.3 trillion for fiscal years 2025–2030, up from its prior $4.5 trillion estimate, and highlighted that private infrastructure and real estate capital will play a larger role in financing Microsoft's AI-driven data center expansion.
