Advanced Precision Machining signed the lease on October 29, 2026. Monthly rent starts at $11,600, increases 4% to $12,064 on March 1, 2028, and increases another 4% to $12,547 on July 1, 2029. The subsidiary also signed three renewals on October 26, extending its existing Costa Mesa premises through September 30, 2030; monthly rents for those spaces change beginning in 2027 and 2028.
