ProCap Financial joins Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes

Russell index inclusion

ProCap Financial will be added to the Russell 2000 Index, effective at the US market open on Sept. 21, 2026.
The stock will also join the Russell 3000 Index on the same effective date.
The move follows FTSE Russell’s third-quarter 2026 IPO additions.
