ProCap Financial posted a GAAP net loss of USD 65.05 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, versus net income of USD 24.62 million.
Operating loss widened to USD 14.99 million from USD 8, while revenue was USD 37,000.
Bitcoin holdings
Bitcoin holdings totaled 5,355 as of June 30, valued at about USD 313.4 million.
Recent corporate actions
The company completed the CFO Silvia acquisition on April 6.
It also launched Silvia Innovation Fund I, with proposed Silvia ETFs filed on Form N-1A on Aug. 13.
Other expense and digital asset loss
Other expense was USD 52.56 million, driven by an unrealized loss on digital assets of USD 49.36 million.
