The deal aims to broaden Procare’s technology offering for its base of more than 40,000 child care centers nationwide.
Customers are expected to keep using current Procare or Playground products with no immediate changes to teams or operations.
Procare expands software portfolio with Playground acquisition
Procare Solutions agreed to acquire Playground, adding an AI-powered child care management platform to its software portfolio.
Playground’s products include Camber, described as an AI assistant built for child care, alongside operations and financial management tools.
