Proem Acquisition to Split Units into Shares PAAC and Warrants PAACW April 6
Starting April 6, 2026, Proem Acquisition Corp I unit holders may split their units into ordinary shares and warrants, which will trade separately under Nasdaq symbols PAAC and PAACW. Fractional warrants will not be issued, and any unsplit units will continue trading under PAACU.
1. Trading Separation Effective April 6
Effective April 6, 2026, holders of Proem Acquisition Corp I units may elect to separate their units into ordinary shares and warrants, enabling independent trading of each component on the Nasdaq Global Market.
2. Ticker Symbols for Separated Securities
Upon separation, ordinary shares will trade under the symbol PAAC and warrants under PAACW, while any unsplit units will retain the PAACU symbol.
3. Unit Separation Process
No fractional warrants will be issued; only whole warrants may be separated. Unit holders must instruct their brokers to contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company to complete the separation.
4. Company Background and Business Combination Strategy
Proem Acquisition Corp I is a Cayman Islands blank check company formed to pursue a business combination. It has not yet identified a target, with management led by CEO Imran Khan and CFO Greg Pearson.
