Profound Medical enters co-education agreement with Telix to promote PSMA-PET-informed prostate care
PROF•Profound Medical entered a co-education agreement with Telix Pharmaceuticals to promote PSMA-PET imaging alongside its TULSA-PRO prostate therapy platform and support patient selection and treatment planning.
1. Education program
The program targets urologists, radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians and prostate cancer centers. It aims to use PSMA-PET to screen out metastatic disease and refine eligibility for higher-risk patients, expanding adoption of TULSA-PRO.
2. Software development
Profound is developing PSMA-PET/MR image-fusion for a future Treatment Delivery Console software release to integrate PSMA-PET data into TULSA planning.
