PROK•ProKidney reported pooled Phase 2 data showing signs of kidney function stabilization and a favorable safety profile in patients with advanced CKD and type 2 diabetes. The results are scheduled for presentation at ASN Kidney Week 2026.

The analysis found signs of kidney function stabilization in patients matching key Phase 3 eligibility criteria and continued to show a favorable safety profile. ProKidney also set an oral presentation on non-clinical data supporting a multifactorial rilparencel mechanism tied to tissue repair and reduced injury signaling. The updates add support for the ongoing Phase 3 PROACT 1 study.
