Perito as Head of Investor Relations, expanding his responsibilities beyond his current role as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Perito, who joined in 2025 and brings 15 years of industry expertise, will lead engagement with shareholders, analysts and stakeholders.

Provident Financial Services has named Michael A. Perito as Head of Investor Relations. In this expanded role, he will oversee communications with shareholders, equity research analysts and industry stakeholders to articulate the company’s performance and strategic vision.
2. Dual Responsibility
Mr. Perito will continue serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy, a position he has held since joining Provident in 2025. He has led the bank’s long-term strategic planning and identified growth opportunities.
3. Professional Background
Perito brings nearly 15 years of experience in financial services analysis and investor communications. Prior to Provident, he was Managing Director of Equity Research for Banks and Financial Technology at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, covering over 30 regional banks and fintech firms.
