PSQ Holdings agreed to sell its EveryLife diaper and baby products brand to FreeHold Brands for $5.5 million in cash.
The deal is expected to close by Sept. 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and purchase price adjustments.
The transaction supports PSQ’s plan to exit direct-to-consumer commerce and concentrate on payments and financial infrastructure.
