PTC Therapeutics Q2 revenue more than doubles, raises 2026 outlook

Sephience, milestone payment and royalties drive results
Growth in product revenue was led by Sephience, which generated $151 mln in Q2 sales with broad uptake and international expansion.
Q2 results also included a $50 mln milestone payment from Novartis for the first patient dosed in the INVEST-HD Phase 3 study.
Royalty revenue from Roche's Evrysdi rose to $71.1 mln in Q2, up from $57.6 mln a year earlier.
2026 outlook raised
PTC raised its 2026 total revenue guidance to $1.18-$1.28 bln from a previous outlook, and raised 2026 product revenue guidance to $850-$950 mln from $750-$850 mln.
The company maintained its 2026 GAAP R&D and SG&A expense guidance at $775-$815 mln.
Analyst coverage showed the current average rating on the shares is "buy," with 12 "strong buy" or "buy," 2 "hold" and 1 "sell" or "strong sell." The median 12-month price target for PTC Therapeutics Inc is $93.00, about 24.8% above its July 29 closing price of $74.49.
