Under the agreement, TLC Perinatal will incorporate Pulsenmore’s Early Screening home ultrasound service into its care model, enabling patients to perform scans at home as part of a physician-directed hybrid pathway.

The model combines home-based ultrasound imaging with telehealth consultations and scheduled in-clinic visits, allowing clinicians to oversee fetal monitoring remotely while offering patients flexibility and continuity. This hybrid pathway aligns with clinical guidelines advocating personalized prenatal care and remote monitoring.

This deal represents Pulsenmore’s second U.S. commercial engagement after FDA clearance, underscoring growing interest among maternal-fetal medicine practices in adopting patient-centric home ultrasound technologies. Executives view such partnerships as critical steps in demonstrating clinical integration and scaling the company’s footprint.

Led by Medical Director Dr. Richie Broth, TLC Perinatal manages approximately 2,000 pregnancies annually across its two Maryland locations and specializes in diagnostic imaging and consultative prenatal care. The practice is recognized for its adoption of innovative technologies to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
