PHM•PulteGroup expands into Northwest Florida
PulteGroup is expanding into Northwest Florida, creating a Florida Panhandle Division to capture rising demand for new homes in the state.
Taylor Larza was named vice president, market manager to lead the new division.
The move follows a builder agreement with St. Joe covering 1,326 Bay County homesites, with options lifting the total to 2,653.
Development of the first phase is expected to begin in 2027, with plans to sell homes under Pulte Homes, Del Webb, Divosta.
