Pyung Hwa Holdings unit guarantees KRW 7.95 billion in Pyung Hwa India debt

Pyung Hwa Industry agreed on Oct. 23, 2026, to guarantee KRW 7.95 billion for affiliate Pyung Hwa India. The guarantee covers KRW 6.62 billion borrowed from Citi Bank India from Nov. 10, 2026, through Nov. 9, 2027.

1. Guarantee details

The commitment represents 12.79% of Pyung Hwa Industry’s equity and brings its total outstanding debt guarantees to KRW 21.25 billion.
