Qfin appoints new CEO and director

Qfin named Yan Zheng chief executive officer and director effective Sept. 21, 2026, replacing Haisheng Wu.

Wu stepped down as CEO, director and compensation committee member to focus on expanding the company’s international business.

Zheng previously served as vice president since 2017 and chief risk officer since 2020. He has 18 years of experience in consumer finance risk management.
