- Net loss widened to $11.1 million, or $0.75 per share, from $4 million a year earlier.
- Total interest and other expense rose to $9.2 million, due mainly to an $8.3 million non-cash loss on debt extinguishment.
- Gross margin fell 9 percentage points to 41%, while operating loss widened to $1.9 million as operating expenses climbed to $4.9 million.
- The company reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of about $39 million following a $10 million public offering and expanded direct U.S. sales.
