QUADQUAD

QuadMed was chosen by Sheboygan County, City of Sheboygan, Sheboygan Area School District and Town of Sheboygan to run the new InHealth Center, offering same- or next-day care and integrated Epic MyChart technology. The physician-led model targets double-digit cost savings and improved population health across public employees.

1. Partnership Selection

A coalition of four Sheboygan-area public employers—Sheboygan County, the City of Sheboygan, the Sheboygan Area School District and the Town of Sheboygan—has tapped QuadMed to launch and operate the new InHealth Center. This selection marks QuadMed’s latest expansion of its physician-led care model in its home state, positioning the company as the exclusive clinical partner for local public employees and their families.

2. Clinical Model and Technology Integration

QuadMed’s InHealth Center will provide same- or next-day primary care appointments with extended visit times designed to build stronger patient–provider relationships. The center leverages Epic MyChart to integrate clinical data, enable virtual care options, coordinate referrals and ensure secure, connected patient records across the broader health system.

3. Expected Outcomes and Cost Savings

The physician-led model is designed to deliver measurable improvements in population health and generate double-digit savings compared to regional benchmarks. By focusing on prevention, early intervention and coordinated care, QuadMed aims to bend the long-term cost curve for Sheboygan’s public-sector workforce while enhancing access and quality of care.
