Quantum BioPharma corrects fractional-share treatment under proposed share consolidation

1. Consolidation terms
Quantum BioPharma corrected the treatment of fractional shares under its proposed consolidation of Class A multiple voting shares and Class B subordinate voting shares. Fractions equal to or below one-half will round down to whole shares, and fractions above one-half will round up; a 70% voting-power cap will apply if cancellations of Class B subordinate voting shares push multiple voting shareholders above that threshold.
