1. Fourth Quarter Financial Results

RadNet reported Q4 2025 total revenue of $547.7 million, a 14.8% year-over-year increase, and record adjusted EBITDA of $87.7 million, up 16.9%, with margins improving to 16.0% from 15.7%. Digital Health revenue climbed 48.2% to $27.9 million and segment adjusted EBITDA rose 8.9% to $4.9 million. Aggregate advanced imaging volumes increased 14.1% and same-center volumes grew 9.6%.

2. 2026 Financial Guidance

The company projects 2026 imaging center segment revenue growth of 17%–19%, adjusted EBITDA expansion of 18%–22% and free cash flow growth of 29%–41% over 2025 levels. Digital Health revenue is expected to surge 46%–56% as RadNet leverages AI and workflow automation to drive adoption among over 2,700 customers.

3. Technology Investments and Acquisition

RadNet is deploying DeepHealth AI solutions, including Techlive™ and See-Mode, to boost operational efficiencies and patient throughput. In March 2026, the company acquired Paris-based Gleamer, augmenting its Digital Health portfolio with clinical AI tools and positioning RadNet to accelerate industry-wide adoption of automated imaging workflows.
