Radnostix agrees to sell DUF6, fluorine assets to NANO Nuclear for $13.5 million
NNE•Radnostix agreed to sell DUF6 deconversion and fluorine extraction assets to NANO Nuclear and its unit HALEU Energy Fuel for $13.5 million at closing: $9.5 million in cash and $4 million in NANO common stock. Closing is expected in about 90 to 120 days, subject to approvals, consents and site arrangements.
1. Sale terms
The assets include an NRC-licensed fuel-cycle package tied to a planned facility in Lea County, New Mexico, that was never built. Radnostix plans to use the proceeds to support its radioisotope technology segments through increased R&D and growth initiatives.
