MOU with Bedrock Semiconductor on gallium feedstock
Ramaco Resources signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Bedrock Semiconductor to negotiate gallium feedstock supply from the Brook Mine project in Wyoming.
The proposed tie-up targets a domestic supply chain for gallium used in gallium nitride semiconductors, reducing reliance on Chinese output.
