Rank One Computing reported a net loss of US$ 816,513 for the three months ended June 30, 2026, swinging from net income.
Revenue rose 2% to US$ 5.09 million, as R&D contracts climbed 41% to US$ 2.99 million.
Gross margin widened to 90% from 80% due to a U.S. Government R&D license recognized with no significant incremental cost.
Costs and acquisition deal
Operating expenses jumped 68% to US$ 5.34 million, led by selling, general and administrative costs rising 80% to US$ 3.27 million.
The company also entered a deal to buy Zuccaro Technical Consulting for US$ 500,000 cash, US$ 2.5 million in restricted shares, and capped revenue-share payments up to US$ 7 million.
