RAS Luxury Skincare closed a 65 Crore ($7.5M) Series B round led by Dabur Ventures with funding from Unilever Ventures, Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund and Sixth Sense Ventures. The brand will use proceeds to accelerate omnichannel expansion, expand botanical R&D and boost marketing to drive its Indian luxury skincare growth.

RAS Luxury Skincare completed a 65 Crore (approximately $7.5 million) Series B funding round led by Dabur Ventures, marking its largest capital raise to date and underscoring significant investor interest in premium Indian skincare.

2. Investor Participation

Unilever Ventures reaffirmed its commitment by participating in the round alongside Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund and Sixth Sense Ventures, highlighting the strategic importance of India’s natural and luxury skincare segment for global investors.

3. Planned Expansion and R&D

The company intends to deploy the new capital to expand its omnichannel presence across digital and brick-and-mortar channels, enhance research capabilities in active botanical sciences and scale brand marketing to establish itself as a leading Indian luxury skincare brand.
