Fiscal fourth-quarter revenue rose 15% year over year to $4.27 billion, above the $4.22 billion analyst estimate. Adjusted EPS was $3.59, compared with an estimate of $3.27, and adjusted net income was $703 million versus an estimate of $654.89 million.
Growth in asset management and related administrative fees drove the revenue increase. Higher investment banking and affordable housing investment revenues contributed to sequential growth, while higher financial advisor commissions and recruiting expenses partially offset fee growth. Raymond James cited geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties entering fiscal 2027 and said it was well positioned with record client asset levels and a strong investment banking pipeline.
