With this deal, RDO’s dealership network grows to 102 locations across 11 states, reinforcing its status as one of the largest John Deere distributors. The additional outlets include two full-service stores and six parts-and-service locations.
Founded in 1980 and based in Grand Forks, True North employs over 100 people and has built a regional presence selling agriculture and construction equipment. The company’s facilities will be rebranded to RDO’s naming and signage standards.
This consolidation enhances Deere & Company’s dealer consistency and service reach in North Dakota, potentially improving equipment availability and after-sales support for local farmers and contractors.
