Reading International unit agrees to sell New York cinema property for $41 million

Reading International said a unit agreed to sell its Cinemas 1, 2 & 3 property at 1001-1007 Third Avenue in Manhattan for $41 million.
A $4.1 million deposit has been placed in escrow, and closing is targeted for or about Oct. 30, 2026. The transaction has no remaining due diligence or financing contingencies.
The existing mortgage of about $19 million will be paid off at closing.
