Real Messenger Signs Non-Binding MoU to Deploy Integrated Tech Platform Across Brokerage

RMSGRMSG

Real Messenger signed a non-binding MoU with a publicly traded US real estate brokerage to evaluate deploying its CRM, messaging, listing management, lead generation, transaction management and analytics platform across the brokerage’s agents. This could lead to commercial licensing of Real Messenger’s integrated technology upon signing a definitive agreement.

1. Memorandum of Understanding

Real Messenger entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with a publicly traded US real estate brokerage to explore deployment of its integrated technology platform across that brokerage’s agent network. The exploratory agreement sets the framework for potential collaboration pending execution of a definitive licensing and services contract.

2. Integration Scope

Under the MoU, the brokerage will assess Real Messenger’s suite of solutions including CRM functionality, messaging and communication systems, listing management software, lead generation tools, transaction management capabilities and analytics. This evaluation aims to determine how the platform can enhance agent productivity and client engagement.

3. Potential Commercial Licensing

If both parties finalize a definitive agreement, Real Messenger could secure a commercial licensing deal to roll out its platform to part or all of the brokerage’s agents. This expansion opportunity may generate new revenue streams but remains subject to negotiation and formal contract execution.
