REalloys’ Euclid, Ohio plant holds DoD, DOE and NASA contracts and is the only North American site converting rare earth oxides into metals, alloys and magnets. Its 80% offtake at SRC’s Saskatoon facility—targeting 525 tonnes of NdPr and 45 tonnes of heavy oxides annually by early 2027—secures a supply chain.

1. Euclid Facility Conversion Capability

REalloys’ Euclid, Ohio plant holds DoD, DOE and NASA contracts and is the only North American site that converts rare earth oxides into heavy metals, alloys and permanent magnets. The facility uses over 40 years of specialty metals expertise to meet defense-grade tolerances and supports fighter jets, missile guidance and industrial applications.

2. SRC Saskatoon Processing Partnership

Through an 80% offtake agreement, REalloys will source production from the Saskatchewan Research Council’s AI-driven Rare Earth Processing Facility in Saskatoon. The plant targets first commercial output in late 2026 and aims to produce 525 tonnes of NdPr metal and 45 tonnes of heavy oxides annually, rivaling Chinese capacity with just six operators.

3. Diversified Feedstock Agreements

REalloys owns the Hoidas Lake rare earth project in Saskatchewan and maintains feedstock agreements with partners in Kazakhstan, Brazil and Greenland, securing non-Chinese sources of raw material. This upstream strategy underpins the vertically integrated supply chain from mine to finished magnet.

4. High Barrier to Entry Through Expertise

The company’s end-to-end processing relies on decades of specialized R&D and rigorous multi-year qualification processes for defense and industrial customers. Its AI monitoring of 5,000 data points per millisecond and accumulated process know-how create significant hurdles for new entrants.
