Reaves Utility Income Fund set monthly distributions of $0.21 per common share for October, November and December, unchanged from the prior quarter.

1. Distribution schedule

The October distribution has an October 19 ex-date and record date and is payable October 30. The November distribution has a November 17 ex-date and record date and is payable November 30; the December distribution has a December 17 ex-date and record date and is payable December 30.
