Recursion granted inducement RSU awards covering 3,234,866 Class A shares to 24 new employees under its 2024 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan.
Awards vest 25% on the first quarterly vesting date on or following the one-year anniversary of the vesting start date. The remaining units vest 6.25% each quarter until fully vested, subject to continued employment through vesting dates.
