Red Robin Names Mark Graff CFO, Ex-Bonefish Grill Leader of $900M Division

Mark Graff will become Red Robin’s CFO on May 4, succeeding Chris Meyer who served as interim CFO since December 2025. Graff brings over a decade at Bloomin' Brands, including leading a $900 million Bonefish Grill division across 220 restaurants, to shape Red Robin’s financial strategy.

1. CFO Appointment

On April 29, Red Robin appointed Mark Graff as Chief Financial Officer effective May 4, succeeding Chris Meyer who provided interim leadership since December 2025.

2. Industry Experience

Graff spent over a decade at Bloomin' Brands, most recently serving as President of Bonefish Grill and Fine Dining, where he oversaw a $900 million business across more than 220 restaurants and held senior roles in finance, strategy, investor relations, global business development, capital planning and M&A.

3. Strategic Priorities

CEO Dave Pace highlighted Graff’s mandate to strengthen Red Robin’s financial foundation, advance the First Choice Plan and drive sustainable, long-term growth through operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
