Loss from continuing operations widened to USD 5.72 million from USD 2.94 million, while operating loss increased to USD 4.13 million. Financial expenses rose to USD 1.61 million from USD 849,000, and revenue was nil versus USD 286,000.
2. Cash and strategic reset
Cash and cash equivalents totaled USD 5.16 million at June 30, 2026, and net cash used in operating activities was USD 4.56 million. The company’s strategic reset includes buying commercialization rights to Rebyota and Clenpiq for USD 12 million, funded by a USD 18 million Talicia divestment.
