Regional Management 2Q FY26 net income drops 19.6% to USD 8.2 million; revenue rises 6.7% to USD 168 million

- Regional Management posted second-quarter net income of USD 8.2 million, down 19.6% year over year; diluted EPS fell 17.5% to USD 0.85.
- Revenue rose 6.7% from a year earlier to USD 168 million, while the net credit loss rate widened 0.3 percentage points to 12.2%.
- Net finance receivables climbed 9.6% year over year to USD 2.1 billion, led by large loans; small loans declined 10.7% to USD 488.6 million.
- Operating expense ratio improved 0.8 percentage points to 12.4%; provision for credit losses increased 13.9% to USD 69 million.
- The Column N.A. bank partnership has originated more than USD 65 million since launch, fully implemented for Texas branches; a USD 0.30 dividend was declared for the third quarter.
