Cainiao warehouse projects move into delivery

Reitar unit Jingxing HK moved Cainiao automated warehouse projects in Spain and the Netherlands into delivery, with racking supply underway.

All racking is scheduled for completion by end-September 2026, while overall installation is targeted for completion by year-end.

Jingxing HK and Shanghai Jingxing are also set to start an automated cold-storage project in North America in September 2026, valued at about USD 30 million.
