Reliance Global Group completed the sale of Southwestern Montana Insurance Center for USD 2.63 million cash at closing.
The deal includes an uncapped earnout tied to EBITDA for the 12 months ending Aug. 31, 2027. The earnout equals 8.75x EBITDA above USD 300,000, and the purchase price also reflected 8.75x pro forma EBITDA of USD 300,000.
The transaction closed Sept. 11, 2026, effective Sept. 1, 2026. No shares were issued.
Proceeds to support balance sheet flexibility and investment
Reliance Global Group said the proceeds are earmarked to support balance sheet flexibility, investment in the RELI Exchange AI platform, and term debt repayment.
