2. Payoff funding and savings
The payoff was funded with asset-sale proceeds of about $1.2 million and $2.2 million, plus $1 million in cash collateral. The transaction removes about $1 million in annual debt service, including about $400,000 in interest and service fees. Cash on the balance sheet exceeded $6 million following repayment.
