EZRA•Reliance Global Group has appointed Zack Wilder as CTO, Judah Korman as COO, and Mordy Beyman as EVP, supported by two engineers and Moshe Fishman, to build its new AI product development team. The company will leverage this team to launch AI-native insurance products and an AI-powered agency acquisition roll-up.
Reliance Global Group has named Judah Korman as Chief Operating Officer, Zack Wilder as Chief Technology Officer, and Mordy Beyman as Executive Vice President, alongside two engineers and Senior Vice President Moshe Fishman, to form its inaugural AI product development team. Korman brings a decade of scaling multi-sided platforms and private equity deal experience, Wilder offers fintech infrastructure leadership from Coinbase and Capital One, and Beyman formalizes his strategic role coordinating the AI initiative’s execution.
The company will integrate its network of acquired independent insurance agencies into a centralized technology platform powered by AI automation. This approach is designed to streamline back-office workflows, enhance underwriting and coverage routing, extract performance intelligence, compress integration timelines, and improve acquisition economics compared with traditional roll-up models.
Reliance plans to develop insurance products conceived entirely around artificial intelligence, leveraging machine learning for risk selection and pricing, deploying conversational AI for quoting and binding workflows, and building a data infrastructure that continuously learns from each issued policy. These products are intended as new offerings enabled by recent AI advances rather than adaptations of legacy models.
