Renewi joined an 18-organization taskforce that submitted a 2050 action agenda for a fully circular electronics supply chain.
The plan targets longer device lifetimes, improved repairability, higher reuse, stronger collection rates, and high-grade recycling into new raw materials.
The agenda was handed to Climate and Green Growth Minister Stientje van Veldhoven on Sept. 3, 2026 for consideration under the NPCE.
The taskforce urged policymakers to remove regulatory barriers, aiming to accelerate circular-economy investment and reduce reliance on primary raw materials.
