RENN Fund announces annual shareholder meeting

- RENN Fund will hold its annual shareholder meeting in New York on Sept. 17, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on the election of five directors, including Douglas J. Cohen, Russell Cleveland and Alice C. Brennan.
- The slate also includes Anita L. Allen and Melinda J. Newman.
- A separate proposal seeks shareholder ratification of Tait, Weller & Baker as auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
