RenX Launches Sample Run in Germany and Secures Spare Parts Package for UTM 1200 Turbo Mill
RENX•RenX began a customer sample run at Microtec’s Germany facility with screened woody biomass from Myakka City and procured a spare parts package for its UTM 1200 Turbo Mill to mitigate early downtime. It also funded deposits for on-site mechanical integration and high-capacity electrical infrastructure to fast-track Florida installation.
1. Customer Sample Run
RenX shipped supersacs of screened woody biomass from its Myakka City facility to Microtec in Germany to perform a sample run on the UTM 1200 Turbo Mill milling line. The processed output will serve as qualification samples for prospective commercial counterparties to evaluate product specifications before on-site production.
2. Spare Parts Package
The company acquired a bundled spare parts package with the UTM 1200 to minimize potential downtime during commissioning. This package will ship with the mill, ensuring immediate availability of wear items and frequently serviced parts upon arrival in Florida.
3. Infrastructure Funding
RenX funded contract deposits for its mechanical integration and electrical infrastructure partners, covering fabrication, installation, and a dedicated high-capacity transformer with three-phase underground service. These deposits authorize early commencement of installation work, aiming to compress timelines between equipment delivery and live operation at Myakka City.
